30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you changed your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email help@spottermirror.com to begin the process.

2. Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that no COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.

3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your mirror arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Spotter Mirror will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement. Please note that any vehicle issues (electrical, physical damage) or incorrect part selection by the customer do not qualify as product defects.

Important Guidelines:

• Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. No refunds will be granted on any part that has been installed or modified.

• Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

• Labor: Spotter Mirror is not responsible for any labor or installation charges.

Order Cancellations

• You may contact us to cancel your order at any time before it ships. Because we strive for fast service, most orders ship within 1 business day.
• A 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover the non-refundable costs charged by our payment processor.
