Track your order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What can I return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Spotter Mirror is not responsible for any labor charges.

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Some things to keep in mind before starting the return process:

The product being returned must be unused in its original packaging.

No refunds will be granted on any part that has been installed or modified.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Credit will be issued for merchandise only. No refunds on shipping charges.

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.

How do I cancel an order?

You may contact us to cancel your order at any time before it ships. Please note that most orders ship within 1 business day.

We will deduct 3.5% from the total refund – the fee we have to pay for processing payments.
